RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that all rings are made to order and individually produced according to the customer's selected size. For this reason, rings cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. 

Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

We are unable to accept returns that show any signs of wear or damage.

RETURN SHIPPING

To initiate a return, please contact us here within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is received, we will provide you with the return address.

Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. For security, we kindly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are unable to take responsibility for returns lost in transit or sent without a valid tracking number. :(

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
